Kathy Randolph leads a reclining series to release your legs, hips, back, shoulders, and neck, perfect at bedtime.

If you have GERD, get your inclined plane ready, that’s your wedge pillow or blankets or your already elevated bed.

The class ends with the Sleep Breath Relaxation, good for going to sleep and even better for getting back to sleep in the middle of the night.

This is a live class and we don’t record it, so turn your video on and ask your questions. All the practices are GERD friendly and have options so you can choose one that works for you!
